چکیده
Abstract Objectives Radiation‐induced rhinosinusitis is a vital dose‐limiting reaction in patients with head and neck malignancy. Unlike oral mucositis during or after radiotherapy, radiation‐induced sinusitis easily overlooked clinical practice rarely included experimental studies. Herein, we review the literature to date on rhinosinusitis. Methods Relevant studies published between 1995 2022 were determined through detailed search using open keywords from PubMed, manual of reference list identified articles. Keywords searched “ionizing radiation,” “radiotherapy,” “intensity‐modulated radiotherapy,” “head tumor,” “nasopharyngeal carcinoma,” “nasal epithelium,” “radiation damage,” “radiation‐induced rhinosinusitis.” Full‐text articles that clearly stated pathogenesis, manifestation, predictors, treatment, prognosis included. Results occurs radiotherapy can last for months even years radiotherapy. A mixture cellular outcomes caused by ionizing radiation persistent damage epithelial submucosal tissues treatment result itself. Endoscopic sinus surgery improves symptoms but be accompanied intraoperative postoperative complications. Nasal irrigation, steroids, antibiotics appear reduce inflammation relieve certain extent. Studies other potentially useful drugs are underway exploration stage, without application. Conclusions Despite its high incidence, type toxicity theoretically does not produce fatal effects at controlled doses adequate follow‐up care. In moderate‐to‐severe cases, may present. Currently, has potential prevention strategies. However, no unified management protocol shown significant improvement Further research necessary.

Distinguishing between clinical practice and clinical research: A Review of definitions and ethical issues
While Clinical research and clinical practice are closely related, distinguishing and maintaining the boundaries between them has form determining debates in contemporary bioethics. The most important implication of the research-practice distinction is to identify which clinical activities need review and oversight by research ethics committees. متن کاملResearch progress on the central mechanism underlying regulation of visceral biological rhythm by per2 (Review).
The period circadian clock 2 (per2) gene plays an important role in modulating the circadian rhythm in the central nervous system. Its protein product, PER2, is mainly expressed in the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) and limbic system, including the central nucleus of the amygdala (CeA), the bed nucleus of the stria terminalis (BNST) and the hippocampus. PER2 rhythmic expression regulates hypotha...
